Invite to collect testimonials

Allow admins to invite customers to leave a testimonial by entering their email addresses or importing a list directly from LoveBoard. Instead of sharing a collection form link manually, admins can select a form, add recipients, and send branded invitation emails.

The feature also includes automated follow-up sequences. Admins can configure reminder emails that are automatically sent to customers who haven't yet submitted a testimonial, with customizable timing, subject lines, and messaging. The sequence stops automatically once a response is received.
