Tag Testimonials

Allow admins to create and assign tags to testimonials for organizing and filtering. Tags can be used to categorize testimonials by product, campaign, customer segment, or any custom grouping. Admins can filter testimonials by tag in the dashboard and use tags to control which testimonials appear in specific embeds.

Auto-Transcribe Video Testimonials

Allow admins to automatically generate text transcriptions for video testimonials. Transcriptions are created when a video testimonial is submitted and are editable by the admin. Transcribed text can be used for search, filtering, and as captions or subtitles in embeds.

Embed Form on website

Providing the ability/code to embed the testimonial collection form on a website.

Generate Static Testimonial Images

Allow admins to generate shareable images from testimonials. Admins can select a testimonial, choose a layout and style, and export it as a static image (e.g., PNG). These images can be used in places where embeds aren't supported, such as emails, social media posts, and presentations.

Auto-Translate Testimonials

Allow admins to enable automatic translation of testimonials. When enabled, text testimonials and video transcriptions are translated so visitors see social proof in their own language.

Sentiment Analysis and Spam Filtering

Allow admins to automatically analyze incoming testimonials for sentiment and spam. Each testimonial receives a sentiment score (positive, neutral, negative) that can be used for filtering and sorting in the dashboard. Suspected spam submissions are flagged automatically and held for admin review for better moderation.

CNAME support

Allow customers to add CNAME for public collection forms. Instead of loveboard.io/forms/acme/general-testimonials it should be acme.com/general-testimonials

Invite to collect testimonials

Allow admins to invite customers to leave a testimonial by entering their email addresses or importing a list directly from LoveBoard. Instead of sharing a collection form link manually, admins can select a form, add recipients, and send branded invitation emails. The feature also includes automated follow-up sequences. Admins can configure reminder emails that are automatically sent to customers who haven't yet submitted a testimonial, with customizable timing, subject lines, and messaging. The sequence stops automatically once a response is received.

Import Testimonials from External Sources

Allow admins to import testimonials from external sources into their workspace. Supported sources include CSV file upload, URL (e.g., a link to a tweet or LinkedIn post), Product Hunt, and G2. Each import maps the source data to LoveBoard's testimonial fields such as author name, content, rating, and avatar. Admins can review and edit imported testimonials before they are added to the workspace, ensuring quality and consistency across collected and imported content.

API and Webhooks

Allow admins to generate API keys and configure webhook endpoints from the dashboard. The API provides programmatic access to core resources such as testimonials, collection forms, and workspaces — enabling admins to integrate LoveBoard into their existing tools and workflows. Webhooks notify external systems in real time when key events occur, such as a new testimonial being submitted or a form response being received. Admins can manage multiple webhook endpoints, select which events to subscribe to, and view delivery logs for debugging.
