Sentiment Analysis and Spam Filtering

Allow admins to automatically analyze incoming testimonials for sentiment and spam. Each testimonial receives a sentiment score (positive, neutral, negative) that can be used for filtering and sorting in the dashboard. Suspected spam submissions are flagged automatically and held for admin review for better moderation.
