Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your Loveboard workspace.

Team members can help manage forms, review testimonials, create embeds, and more — depending on their assigned role.

How to Send an Invitation

  1. Go to SettingsMembers
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select a role:
    • Admin — Can manage workspace settings, invite/remove members, and do everything a Member can do
    • Member — Can create forms, review testimonials, create embeds, and view analytics
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invited person receives an email with a link to accept the invitation.

What Happens After You Invite

For New Users

  1. They receive the invitation email
  2. They click the accept link
  3. They're prompted to create a Loveboard account
  4. After signing up, they automatically join your workspace

For Existing Users

  1. They receive the invitation email
  2. They click the accept link (or see it in their Loveboard dashboard)
  3. They accept the invitation
  4. Your workspace appears in their workspace selector

Managing Invitations

Viewing Pending Invitations

Go to SettingsMembers to see all pending invitations along with current members.

Canceling an Invitation

  1. Go to SettingsMembers
  2. Find the pending invitation
  3. Click Cancel Invitation

The invitation link will no longer work.

Resending an Invitation

  1. Cancel the existing invitation
  2. Send a new invitation to the same email address

If you've reached your plan's team member limit, you'll need to upgrade to invite more people.

Tips

  • Start with Admin for trusted colleagues — They can help manage the workspace fully
  • Use Member for contributors — Team members who only need to create forms and review testimonials
  • Don't share your account — Always use the invitation system instead of sharing login credentials
