Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your Loveboard workspace.
Team members can help manage forms, review testimonials, create embeds, and more — depending on their assigned role.
How to Send an Invitation
- Go to Settings → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the person's email address
- Select a role:
- Admin — Can manage workspace settings, invite/remove members, and do everything a Member can do
- Member — Can create forms, review testimonials, create embeds, and view analytics
- Click Send Invitation
The invited person receives an email with a link to accept the invitation.
What Happens After You Invite
For New Users
- They receive the invitation email
- They click the accept link
- They're prompted to create a Loveboard account
- After signing up, they automatically join your workspace
For Existing Users
- They receive the invitation email
- They click the accept link (or see it in their Loveboard dashboard)
- They accept the invitation
- Your workspace appears in their workspace selector
Managing Invitations
Viewing Pending Invitations
Go to Settings → Members to see all pending invitations along with current members.
Canceling an Invitation
- Go to Settings → Members
- Find the pending invitation
- Click Cancel Invitation
The invitation link will no longer work.
Resending an Invitation
- Cancel the existing invitation
- Send a new invitation to the same email address
Team Member Limits
If you've reached your plan's team member limit, you'll need to upgrade to invite more people.
Tips
- Start with Admin for trusted colleagues — They can help manage the workspace fully
- Use Member for contributors — Team members who only need to create forms and review testimonials
- Don't share your account — Always use the invitation system instead of sharing login credentials
