Getting started with Loveboard takes less than a minute.

Here's everything you need to know about creating your account, signing in, and managing your credentials.

Signing Up

Step-by-Step

  1. Visit the Loveboard sign-up page
  2. Fill in the registration form:
    • Full Name — Your display name (visible to team members)
    • Email Address — Used for sign-in and notifications
    • Password — Must be at least 8 characters
  3. Click Sign Up
  4. You'll be automatically signed in and taken to the onboarding flow

What You Get Immediately

As soon as you sign up, you're on the Free plan with:

  • Unlimited text testimonials
  • 3 video testimonials
  • 1 collection form
  • 1 Wall of Love embed
  • 1 team member (you)

No credit card is required. You can start collecting testimonials right away and upgrade whenever you need more.

What Happens Behind the Scenes

When you create your account, Loveboard automatically:

  • Creates your user profile
  • Sets up a default workspace (organization) for you
  • Starts the onboarding flow to help you configure your first form

Signing In

Standard Sign-In

  1. Visit the Loveboard sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign In
  4. You'll be taken to your dashboard

Staying Signed In

Loveboard uses secure session cookies to keep you signed in. You'll remain signed in until you manually sign out or your session expires.

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  5. Click the reset link in the email
  6. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  7. Click Reset Password
  8. You'll be redirected to sign in with your new password

Troubleshooting Password Reset

  • Didn't receive the email? Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from engineering@loveboard.io
  • Link expired? Password reset links are valid for 1 hour. Request a new one if yours has expired
  • Still can't sign in? Contact our support team for assistance

Signing Out

To sign out of your Loveboard account:

  1. Click your profile icon or name in the sidebar
  2. Click Sign Out
  3. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page

Signing out ends your current session. You'll need to enter your email and password to sign in again.

Account Security Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other sites
  • Don't share your password with others — use the team invitation feature to give colleagues access
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately
