Upgrading Your Plan

When you're ready for more features, upgrading your Loveboard plan is quick and straightforward.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your desired plan:
    • Pro — $29/month (or $23/month billed annually)
    • Business — $99/month (or $79/month billed annually)
  4. Choose your billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  5. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details
  6. Complete the payment
  7. Your plan is upgraded immediately

What Happens After Upgrading

  • All plan limits are increased instantly (forms, embeds, video testimonials, team members, workspaces)
  • Loveboard branding is removed from all your embeds
  • Custom thank you pages become available on your forms
  • You can start inviting team members right away

Managing Your Subscription

After upgrading, you can manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. In the Stripe portal, you can:
    • Update your payment method (credit/debit card)
    • Switch between monthly and annual billing
    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
    • View upcoming invoices
    • Cancel your subscription

Downgrading

To downgrade from Business to Pro (or to cancel your subscription):

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. In the Stripe portal, select the plan you want to switch to or cancel

What happens when you downgrade:

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your plan switches to the lower tier
  • If you exceed the lower plan's limits (too many forms, embeds, etc.), existing items remain but you won't be able to create new ones until you're within limits

Invoices

All invoices are available in the billing section:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Scroll to the Invoices section
  3. View past invoices with:
    • Invoice date
    • Amount charged
    • Payment status
    • Download PDF button for each invoice

Payment Methods

Loveboard accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • And other cards supported by Stripe in your region
