Form Issues
Form Page Not Loading
- Check the URL — Verify the workspace slug and form slug are correct
- Form deleted — The form may have been deleted by a workspace member
- Browser cache — Clear your browser cache and try again
- Ad blockers — Some ad blockers may interfere with form loading. Try disabling them temporarily.
Form Won't Submit
- Required fields — Ensure all fields marked as required are filled in
- Internet connection — Check for a stable internet connection
- Video still uploading — If submitting a video testimonial, wait for the upload to complete before clicking Submit
- Browser issue — Try refreshing the page and submitting again
- Try a different browser — If the issue persists, switch to Chrome
Consent Checkbox Not Appearing
- Verify that the consent checkbox is enabled in your form's GDPR settings
- Save the form after making changes
- Refresh the public form page to see the update
Embed Issues
Embed Not Displaying on Website
- Check the embed code — Ensure the full <script> tag is pasted correctly
- Verify attributes —
data-workspaceanddata-embedmust match your actual slugs - Browser console — Open developer tools (F12) and check for JavaScript errors
- Content Security Policy — Your website's CSP may be blocking the Loveboard script. Add
app.loveboard.ioto your allowed script sources
Embed Shows No Testimonials
- No approved testimonials — Only approved testimonials appear in embeds. Check that you have approved testimonials.
- Filter mismatch — The embed's filters (form, type, rating) may be excluding all testimonials. Check the embed editor.
- Wrong form selected — The embed may be connected to a form with no testimonials
Embed Sizing Problems
- Don't set a fixed height on the embed's container — the widget auto-sizes
- Ensure the parent element has sufficient width
- If using WordPress, make sure the HTML block is not inside a column that's too narrow
Team Issues
Invitation Email Not Received
- Check the spam/junk folder — Look for emails from engineering@loveboard.io
- Verify the email — Make sure the correct email address was entered (no typos)
- Resend — Cancel the invitation and send a new one
- Email provider blocking — Some corporate email filters may block automated emails. Try a personal email address.
Can't Invite More Members
- You've reached your plan's team member limit
- Upgrade your plan to increase the limit

Can't Access Workspace Settings
- Only Owners and Admins can access workspace settings
- Ask your workspace owner to change your role to Admin if needed
Billing Issues
Payment Failed
- Verify your payment method is valid and not expired
- Check that the card has sufficient funds
- Try a different credit or debit card
- Contact your bank if transactions are being blocked
Plan Not Updating After Payment
- Refresh the page
- Sign out and sign back in
- Wait a few minutes — sometimes Stripe webhooks take a moment to process
- If the issue persists, contact support with your payment confirmation
Can't Find Invoice
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
- Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal for a complete invoice history
Account Issues
Forgot Password
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Click the reset link and set a new password
Can't Sign In
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
- Try a different browser
Data Export Not Downloading
- Check your browser's download settings — the file may be blocked
- Try a different browser
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- If the workspace has many testimonials, the file may take a moment to generate
