Workspace settings
Workspace settings let you manage your organization's identity and configuration in Loveboard. Only Owners and Admins can modify workspace settings.
Accessing Workspace Settings
Go to Settings → Workspace
What You Can Configure
Workspace Name
The display name for your workspace. Visible in the sidebar and used internally by your team. Your customers don't see this name on public forms or embeds.
Workspace Slug
The URL-friendly identifier used in all your public URLs: https://app.loveboard.io/{slug}/forms/... https://app.loveboard.io/{slug}/embeds/...
Rules: - Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens - Must be unique across all Loveboard workspaces
Important: Changing your slug will break all existing public links to your forms and embeds. Update any shared links, embed codes, and bookmarks after changing the slug.
Description
An optional internal description of the workspace. Helpful when managing multiple workspaces.
Exporting Your Data
To download all testimonials as a JSON file:
- Go to Settings → Workspace
- Click Export Data
- A JSON file downloads containing every testimonial in your workspace
The export includes all testimonial data: content, ratings, customer info, custom fields, statuses, and timestamps.
Deleting Your Workspace
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone
- Click Delete Workspace
- Confirm by typing your workspace name
What gets deleted permanently:
- All collection forms
- All testimonials (text and video)
- All embeds and widgets
- All team member associations
- All analytics data
What is NOT deleted:
- Your Loveboard account (you can still sign in and create a new workspace)
- Other workspaces you belong to
Before deleting
- Export your data if you need to preserve it
- Inform team members — they'll lose access immediately
- Remove embed codes from your website (they'll show errors after deletion)
